Tailings Dry Discharge Machine

GP series tailings dry drainage screen is called dry drainage screen for short, also known as tailings dewatering screen. It is a kind of vibrating screen specially developed by Longzhong heavy industry on the basis of high frequency screen and combined with the characteristics of metal tailings. It is mainly used for the dewatering of iron ore, copper mine, gold mine, aluminum mine and other tailings.
It is a new type of tailings recovery equipment designed for a large number of problems existing in the dry tailings screen in China after full demonstration and investigation. It has the characteristics of simple structure, low cost, high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise and convenient maintenance.

III. structure and composition of tailings dry drainage screen
The tailings dry drain screen is composed of screen box, supporting device, motor frame, vibrator, universal drive shaft, belt coupling, motor and other components.
IV. working principle of tailings dry drainage screen
When the tailing dry discharge screen is used as the tailing dry discharge, its principle is described as follows: the feeding tailing is evenly fed into the screen feed inlet from the feed box. First, about 1 / 3 of the water is removed at the place where the discharge screen plate is installed at 45 degrees to the horizontal. After entering the junction of the plane screen plate and the inclined screen plate, the material accumulates. The slime particles settle by gravity and start to form a thinner filter layer, which is prevented by the filter layer. The remaining particles are screened through the screen, making the filter layer gradually thickened. The water that fails to penetrate the screen forms a pool at the upper part of the filter layer. Because the filter layer is thin here, the water is gradually removed under strong motion. Due to the vibration state of high frequency and low amplitude, the tailings that form the filter layer vibrates more and more densely. To the discharge outlet, the materials form a filter cake. The water in the tailings is removed from the screen surface, and the rest emerges on the surface of the material layer due to capillary action. Surface, because the negative angle of screen surface is installed, water will not overflow from the discharge port, and the surface water will flow to the junction pool.
V. technical characteristics of tailings dry drainage screen
1. High working frequency, high vibration intensity, low moisture content of the product on the screen, high unit treatment capacity, and high solid recovery rate when used for tailing dehydration.
2. Adopt the self synchronization principle, the motor drives the vibrator through the tire coupling, the structure is simple, and the working noise is low.
3. Negative inclination installation: the screen surface of the dehydration section is installed at a 45 degree angle with the horizontal, increasing the dehydration area and promoting the dehydration of materials to form a filter layer as soon as possible.
4. In order to adapt to different tailing properties, the amplitude of the screen can be adjusted by adjusting the angle between the main and auxiliary eccentric blocks, so as to meet the dewatering effect of tailing with different properties, and try to achieve better process effect as much as possible.
5. Torsional shear type high-strength bolt is used for the connection of side plate and cross beam, without weld, so as to avoid the side plate cracking caused by welding stress.
6. The vibrator is a block eccentric unit structure, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance.
7. Special bearing for vibration equipment shall be used to avoid bearing heating and premature damage.
8. Polyurethane elastic screen surface is adopted for the screen surface, with high opening rate and elasticity, which is conducive to dehydration.
9. The side pressing plates of screen face are made of polyurethane material, with long service life, reliable fixation of screen face and effective protection of screen frame side plate from material scouring.
10. The screen surface is installed by rail seat type, which can be easily maintained and replaced.
11. The lower beam surface is coated with anti-wear coating to prevent the beam from premature wear and fracture.
12. Adopt steel spiral spring to reduce vibration and reduce the dynamic load of the screen machine on the foundation.
13. The finite element structural analysis software is used to ensure that the strength, rigidity and stress of the screen frame are reasonable, and the weight is light and the energy consumption is small.
14. The user can be equipped with a structure with underframe and feed box as required, which is convenient for installation and commissioning.
15. The main welded structural parts are all treated with surface treatment, with beautiful appearance.
