High Frequency Horizontal Dewatering Screen

High frequency dewatering screen is called high frequency screen for short. High frequency dewatering screen (high frequency screen) is composed of vibration exciter, pulp distributor, screen frame, frame, suspension spring and screen, etc. High frequency dewatering screen (HFS) has high efficiency, small amplitude and high screening frequency. Different from the principle of ordinary screening equipment, high-frequency dewatering screen (high-frequency screen) adopts high frequency. On the one hand, it destroys the tension of pulp surface and the high-speed oscillation of fine-grained materials on the screen surface, accelerates the useful minerals with large density and segregation, and increases the probability of contact between the materials with smaller than the separated particle size and the screen hole. As a result, a better separation condition is created, which makes the material with smaller separation size, especially the material with larger proportion, pass through the sieve hole together with pulp to become the product under the sieve.

The high-frequency dewatering screen adopts the cylinder eccentric shaft vibrator and partial block to adjust the amplitude. The material screen has a long flowing line and many screening specifications. It has the characteristics of reliable structure, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, small vibration noise, durability, convenient maintenance and safe use. The high-frequency dewatering screen is widely used in the product classification of mining, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical industry and other industries.
High frequency dewatering screen structure: mainly composed of screen box, vibration exciter, suspension (or support) device and motor, etc. The motor drives the main shaft of the exciter to rotate through the V-belt, and the screen box vibrates due to the centrifugal inertia force of the unbalanced weight on the exciter. Different amplitudes can be obtained by changing the eccentric weight of the exciter.
Characteristic:
1. No rotating parts, no need to add lubricating oil;
2. Simple structure, convenient maintenance, durable and low failure rate;
3. The vibrator uses the resonance principle. It works in the critical resonance state of the double mass. It needs small driving power, no large starting current and low noise.
4. After the vibrator is started, the amplitude can reach the working stable value instantaneously. When parking, its amplitude will disappear instantly, and it is allowed to start and stop directly under rated voltage, current and amplitude.
5. The exciting force or amplitude of the screen body can be adjusted to control the particle size of the products under the screen. It is very beneficial to ensure the concentrate grade of the ores with different crystal size.
6. When the screen body vibrates, there is relative vibration between the screen bars of the screen plate, and the gap between the screen plates is not easy to be blocked.
Selection instructions:
1. The motor can be set left or right, and the feeding box is an optional part, which can be selected by the user as required.
2. The user provides parameters such as material name, material concentration and treatment capacity for design and selection.
3. Only standard models are listed in the table. If there are special requirements on site, non-standard design and expert diagnosis can be carried out.
4. When the feed concentration is low, it is recommended to use the concentration hydrocyclone (Group) and vibrating arc screen.
